1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • Returns will only be accepted if accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.

2. Return Process

  • Customers can place a return request by clicking the Refund button under their orders in the account page.

  • Provide your order details and reason for return.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping address.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-6 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Shipping charges and COD fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • If the product is found to be used, damaged, or not in its original condition, the return request may be rejected.

4. Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to get a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 2 days of delivery.
  • Provide clear images of the defect/damage along with your order details.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped for a full refund.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and you must follow the return process.
